As I’ve pasted the intimate details of my financial life all over this blog, it’s probably no surprise to you that I make a small amount of money from hosting advertising. It’s certainly not enough for Jason to quit his teaching job and stay home with me all day, but it helps pay for my server costs and the occasional caramel apple milkshake.

I also accept review and giveaway requests, provided they are relevant. I have turned down many desirable review requests because they weren’t in keeping with my blog, so you can be sure that when I do post a review or giveaway, I’m doing it because I think it’s a good fit. When accepting review requests, it’s always with the caveat that if I love the product, I’ll tell my readers. And if I hate the product, I’ll tell my readers that, too. Honesty is my number one priority.

Sometimes I post affiliate links. That means that when you click through my link and sign up for a website or purchase a product online, I get a tiny (and I do mean tiny!) kickback. I never insert irrelevant links just to make money. Occasionally I link to companies who have no idea who I am–and who definitely aren’t giving me money– simply because I love their products or mission.

All opinions expressed on this blog are my own.
