-Zucchini bread
-Apple bread
Lunch:
-Carrots, pears, cheese muffins (muffins from the freezer) (Jason)
-Bananas, leftovers (me)
Dinner:
-Hot and sweet tilapia with garlic couscous
-Spanish tortilla with oranges
-Roasted duck with fried apples
-Summer tomato soup (from the freezer) with cream biscuits
Dessert:
-Chocolate fudge

looks like a superb week — that fudge has me hooked… going to check that out now
I made it last night and it was pretty good, but the taste and texture were a bit strange…not nearly as good as my mom's fudge! But it was still tasty.
